This hot stylized jazz class will bring out your inner showgirl. Chairs, boas and other props may be used...so c'mon out & let us show you how to burlesque! (this class is for women only 18+)
HipHop A popular, high energy class that's sure to get you in the dance groove. This class breaks down steps of a routine to popular rap, r&b and hip-hop tunes

Butts & Gutts This intense workout targets the stomach, butt and thigh areas as well as providing a solid cardio workout. A great class you won't want to miss !
Strength & Flexibility A fun class completely focused on strengthening & increasing your flexibility. Great in conjunction with the pole class.
Yoga This class focuses on posture and breathing exercises, practiced to achieve control of the body and mind. Develop flexibility, strengthening and a deeper awareness of yourself.
Bust A Move Enjoy Phil's on Sundays? How about Abstract on Fridays?? Get ready to take on choreoghaphy with songs from the 80's & 90's in this high energy fun class!
Chair Dance This fun, one-of-a-kind class provides an exciting workout and takes you through basic sensual movements that put together a flirty chair (lap) dance. Women 18+ only please.

Bootcamp This 60-minute full body work-out. focuses on strengthening and toning your body. If you are serious about getting fit , this is the class for you.
Zumba The fantastic cardio fitness dance class that not only can work off up to 500 calories in just 1 hour is also jammed packed with non-stop fun!

Hoop Fit

A fun and challenging new way to lose weight and build strength. Acheive better balance and coordination while toning your entire body. You haven't had this much fun since you were a kid. A MUST TRY!!
Beach Bod Want to feel comfortable strutting your stuff down the beach? Come take this full body work-out in a low impact pilates type class for maximum results.
Yoga Relax

This slower paced yoga class allows you to embrace your inner calm while improving your tone
& strength of your muscles. A great class to end the night.

Kickboxing Need to get something or someone out of your system? This class is an awesome workout with the full body sculpting exercises to get us all into shape!
Sexy Heels Hot from LA! Bring your sexiest pair of heels, this class is a combination of Jazz Funk & Burlesque. It's time to bring your sexy back. Women 18+ only please.
Belly Dance
No previous experience required for this class! Come out and increase your culture awareness while shimmying into shape. This class is a great way to strenghthe your core and coordination.
Breakdance

A great way to stay in shape so come out and try what the "B-Boys & B-Girls" call up-rock a.k.a. top-rock.

Pilates Learn the basics to inermediate level of a Pilates mat workout, including how to move with your breath, engage your core and move safely through your workout. Modifications for all levels/conditions are provided. This is a great class you will want to try!
Tone It Want to challenge your whole body without the hassle of equipment? Try this dynamic, fun and challenging work out using only your body weight.
Jazz 101

This beginner to intermediate class is great if you have always wanted to try a traditional jazz class, puts the fun
back into dance!

1 hour parties Choice of Pole, Chair Dance, A Bit of Burlesque or Sexy Heels Parties. Times are available on weekends.
