| Butts & Gutts | This intense workout targets the stomach, butt and thigh areas as well as providing a solid cardio workout. A great class you won't want to miss ! |
| Strength & Flexibility | A fun class completely focused on strengthening & increasing your flexibility. Great in conjunction with the pole class. |
| Yoga | This class focuses on posture and breathing exercises, practiced to achieve control of the body and mind. Develop flexibility, strengthening and a deeper awareness of yourself. |
| Belly Dance | No previous experience required for this class! Come out and increase your culture awareness while shimmying into shape. This class is a great way to strengthen your core and coordination |
